    Please can anyone comment on their experience of using a sunlight lamp to help Sunlight Affective Disorder and do you have any other helpful suggestions to deal with this condition? Thanks.

      Heard good reports so got one - only been in use for a few days but user enjoying it and feels there is already benefit!
