Email addresses are always kept confidential and will not be released to a third party. These details are not accessible to any other people than the 2 Directors of Shared Care, nor are they exposed anywhere. Your full name will appear in any comment on the editorials or forums, and your username appears in the url of your members page.

Passwords are encrypted and not accessible to the directors, who are only able to allow them to be reset.

Shared Care is registered under the Data Protection Act.

Any details that are entered in the Practitioner, Establishment, Town, Shopping Mall, Travel, Tourist Entry Forms are for public display.

The database for the Practitioner, Establishment, Town, Shopping Mall, Travel, Tourist sections is kept separately from the membership data and is accessible only to the 2 Directors of Shared Care (Dr Mike Matthews and Mr Philip Kilner).

Individual entries can be accessed by using the password and username of the person making the original entry, but by no one else except the 2 Directors of Shared Care.
