Students' Questions for the Teacher

It goes without saying that the person recommending the education will regard it as effective, safe and value for money. The questions below are intended to be related to the specific nature of the Alexander Technique.

Will it help me to lose weight ?
Will it improve my posture, balance, shape, co-ordination, strength ?
Do I need to be fit to take part?
How long do I need to practice Pilates, how often ?
When will I see and feel the results?
Am I too old, young, fat, thin, unfit ?
